Am former master, genl cargo vsl, MSC and commercial cargo runs, worldwide. Also former master, oceanographic research vessels, including RV KNORR during TITANIC initial discovery in '85. Now teaching at Massachusetts Maritime Academy and trying to start sideline business as cargo/ship surveyor, gen'l consulting in commercial vessel operations, etc. Seeking "tips of the trade" for same. Also have limited tonnage sail ticket, and am interested in trying to uprade same. Yr. site much appreciated for its coverage and facility.
